How will I receive a new bouquet/arrangement?

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

What type of subscription bouquet/arrangements can I chose from?

Our subscriptions allow you to pre-select from the arrangements on our website. You can chose a florist choice selection, select a plant or fruit basket arrangement. The florist choice selection allows your florist to select seasonal floral to create your one of kind design. Our plant arrangements include Orchids, Plant arrangements and Succulents arrangements. We can also create fruit basket arrangements with organic fruits. We can discuss these options during your Subscription intake.

What is the difference between a bouquet and a arrangement?

A bouquet arrangement is a hand tied wrapped bouquet that your recipient will need to place in a vase when it arrives. An arrangement includes a vase, depending on your selection, it can be a standard vase (clear glass vase) or a designer vase (extra fees applies). The plant arrangements can come in a ceramic vase, a container or a basket. Fruit baskets come in baskets. Depending on your budget selected will determine the size of the basket.

Do you work with different budgets?

Absolutely! With our subscriptions, if you pre-select from designs on our website, you will see the cost of the arrangement so you can determine if it fits your budget. If you select florist choice, you can select the amount you would like for each scheduled delivery. Please note, there is a order minimum per scheduled delivery.

Do you have minimum order requirements?

Yes. Our minimum order requirement is $50.00 per scheduled delivery. However, depending on your subscription, we will make every effort to work with different budgets. Please keep in mind that depending on your budget will depend the type of bouquet/arrangement that will be created. We can discuss the difference during your Subscription intake.

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes. There is a delivery fee but depending on your subscription schedule and location of the delivery, we can work with you on budgeting this fee.

Can I include any extras add ins to my subscription?

Absolutely! You can select the add ins you would like and let us know on which of the scheduled deliveries you would like to add it. For example, if your recipient's birthday is the next scheduled delivery, you can select to add: a box of chocolates, a Happy Birthday Balloon, a Teddy Bear, a regular birthday card, etc. You can pre-select this option during the Subscription intake or you can do it during your Subscription by emailing us at least 3-5 days prior to the delivery. This will ensure that we can properly prepare your order.

We are happy to hear! Send us an email to: sanmarinoflowers@gmail.com letting us know of your interest in a subscription service so that we can forward you the Subscription Intake form to get the process started. We can either schedule a time to meet at the shop or we can schedule a phone call to discuss your options and answer any questions you may have. How often will I be billed?

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.

How do I make changes to my subscription plan?

You can call or email us 5 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders. This will allow us to make the changes timely and proper. If you make changes less than 2 days prior to the scheduled delivery and/or the flowers have been ordered for your delivery, a fee of $35.00 will be charged to cover these costs. We send out reminder emails and texts to the contact information we have on file 5 days prior to the delivery to allow you enough time to make any changes and to avoid this fee.

Can I pause my subscription plan?

Yes, you can! contact us at 626-285-2269, or send us an email: sanmarinoflowers@gmail.com to let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription. We will send you a confirmation email and text to the contact information on record to confirm the pause in delivery.

How do I cancel my subscription plan?
